1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Services provided by Meitaim OÜ ("Company," "we," or "us"). By using our Services, you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. Company and Client are collectively referred to as "Parties". These Terms are to be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Estonia.

4. Scope of Services

We offer our services to you ("Services"), including without limitation:

  • Software development, such as backend applications, Discord/Telegram bots, modifications for game servers
  • Game server management for Rust game servers, including server and game server configuration, maintenance, performance monitoring

5. Payments, refunds, and cancellations

5.1 Payment structure

We may offer different payment structures depending on your request, including without limitation:

  • Hourly payments: Services are billed based on the hours our staff spend on your projects.
  • Project-based payments: Projects are divided into milestones. Estimates and pricing are agreed upon in writing.

5.2 Refunds

If you have prepaid for unspent hours or a project milestone that has not yet been started ("unspent portion"), you may request a refund for such unspent part. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel the service at any time by notifying us. In the event of cancellation, refunds for any unspent portion will be provided in accordance with the above refund policy on request.

6. Disputes

In the event of a dispute arising from or regarding these Terms or our Services, Parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute by negotiations. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, then any disputes will be settled in Harju County Court in Tallinn, Estonia.
